Have you been longing to try yoga or to rediscover your yoga practice?
Certified Yoga Instructor, Chelsea Keenan, will be leading us through an online Yoga Series. Each class will integrate yoga postures and meditation. While you may begin the class tight and stressed from a busy day, you will leave feeling lighter, fresher and ready to tackle the many challenges that motherhood throws your way.
Hatha / gentle flow classes are a great starting point for beginner yogis and Chelsea is patient and knowledgable in her practice. Please don't be nervous about joining us. At Moms Gone Wild you are among friends.
This 8 class series will take place on Thursday evenings from 7:30pm to 8:30pm. The dates included are: March 4, 11, 18, 25, and April 1, 8, 15, 22 Classes will take place in the comfort of your home, via Zoom. A link will be sent out to registered participants a day or two before the series begins.
