Ready to understand your DSLR on a deeper level and take your photography skills up a notch?
Local photographer, Megan Ashley, will be teaching Moms Gone Wild the ins and outs of our DSLR cameras. This workshop is the second in Megan's series and dives beyond the basics. The goal will be to continue learning how to use our camera's functions to create beautiful images.
Short Review of exposure triangle | shutter, ISO, Aperture
White Balance | Getting the colour and tone of your image correct.
Lighting | Choosing the right location, the right time of day, or use of lighting in the home
Posing & Shooting | How to pose, direct and prompt your subject to get great photos. This includes how to group people, how to pose for single portraits, action and movement.
Lenses and Other Gear | deeper dive into lenses
The workshop takes place on Friday, April 16th from 8pm to 10pm. Due to COVID-19 the class will be held ONLINE via Zoom. A link with details will be sent out via email to registered participants. Please have your DSLR camera, a lens and a memory card ready to go.
All DSLR makes and models are welcome!

While it is not mandatory that participants have taken Megan's Level 1 Workshop, it is recommended that they have a basic understanding of ISO, aperture and shutter speed before joining the Level 2 workshop.
