Get your blood pumping with this intermediate level hike through the beautiful forest at UBC Malcolm Knapp Research Forest.  The view at the top of the lookout is amazing.  On a clear day we can see all the way to Vancouver Island!

Date/Time: Saturday, June 10, 1:00pm
Duration: Approximately 2.5 to 3 hours, depending on pace.
Meeting Location: UBC Malcolm Knapp Research Forest, 14500 Silver Valley Rd, Maple Ridge
Trail: Blue Trail, including lookout.
Distance: Approximately 8km, 300m elevation gain
Description: This trail definitely has some ups and downs, with a solid push to the top of the lookout.
What to bring: Please dress in layers, for the weather, wear comfortable hiking shoes and bring a water bottle and a snack.

Dogs are not permitted within Malcolm Knapp Research Forest.
