VIDEO: Mental Health for Mothers

This two hour presentation is focused on the many challenges and demands that mothers face, how and why they affect our mental health, and what we can do to make life feel easier.  The original presentation took place at a local high school with over 350 Wild Moms in attendance.  The BC Minister of Mental Health and Addictions was present and we hope that our event moved her to advocate for more funding for maternal mental health support systems!

Tabasom Eblaghie, is a highly regarded Clinical Counsellor based in Coquitlam, BC.  She brings a wealth of knowledge and practical tools relating to mental health and is passionate about providing people with the support that they need to live their lives healthily.  The backbone of her practice is empowerment, trust, and encouragement.
